  • Up to 25% in restocking fees may be applied to returns - unless the return is due to a manufacturer defect or the wrong item was shipped.
  • A restocking fee will be applied to all electronic items - we may refuse any returns on control boards. Please contact us for more information.
  • Any unopened / uninstalled product can be returned or exchanged for a replacement product within 30 days of receipt - We have the right to refuse any returns after 30 days
  • Customer is responsible for all return shipping charges on warranties, items ordered incorrectly, and parts no longer needed.
  • Shipping for warranties is not covered unless the item fails within 30 days of purchase.
  • Before you return any product, you must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization(RMA) form.
  • To obtain an RMA form and shipping instructions, please email:  Sales@BostonHeatingSupply.Com and request an RMA form or call our customer service department at: 866-914-9802. Requests for returns are generally processed within 2-4 days and you will receive shipping instructions.
  • When returning products, be sure that can provide you with a tracking number for your return. Boston Heating Supply will not be held responsible for returns that are lost in transit and/or do not have proper tracking information.
  • We will not accept  merchandise that was not inspected by the customer on the original delivery and not claimed within 72 hours of receipt. (Including damages)
  • Installed product cannot be returned for credit (unless product is defective).
  • Customer is responsible for shipping charges for warranty items, unless the product fails on installation.
  • All returns are subject to our inspection and approval - BHS is not responsible for returns damaged in transit.
  • All refused orders will be subjected to a 25% restock fee.
Cross Shipping:
We do not ship replacement products until the RMA has been completed (cross-ship). If you need a replacement product before the RMA is completed, you may place a new order, independent of the returns process.

All returns must include the following:
  • Valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)
  • Original, intact packaging (i.e. manufacturer's box, packing materials, styrofoam, plastic bags, etc.). Products must be in the original packaging and in resalable condition.
  • Original intact UPC barcode, if one exists. Do not cut out the UPC code until you have examined and tested the product to your satisfaction. Removal of the UPC code voids any possibility of return regardless of RMA status.
  • All accessories
  • All documentation (i.e. manufacturer documents, manuals, product literature, unused warranty cards, unused registration information, etc.).
By purchasing from our company, you hereby assume all risks associated with the application, installation and operational characteristics of the products we sell. You also affirm that you are either properly trained and qualified to install and/or service the equipment for which these products or component parts are intended, or agree herein to hire the services of a professional company that is properly licensed to perform such work. Seller assumes no liability, whatsoever, for misapplication, misuse or neglect on behalf of installer.
