Hot water heating systems, like the one installed in your home, is responsible for a comfortable temperature in all rooms. The water is heated in the boiler and carried through the system releasing heat through radiators, baseboard or radiant tubing as it flows. Water always contains air and dirt that are the causes of annoying noises and in some cases, costly maintenance.

The standard built-in automatic air vent on the boiler is not capable of creating permanently air- free system water. The Spirovent® eliminates all air from a system in a simple but very effective way by using a patented coalescing medium that "scrubs" the air from the water.

Dirt may already be in the system consisting of sand or residue from pipes, joints and radiators. The other dirt that is produced on a constant basis is caused by the combination of steel, water and air. This chemical reaction leads to dirt called magnetite. It damages the components of the system and can lead to expensive repairs. The Spirotrap® cleans your entire system very efficiently down to particles of 5 microns in size.
